What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behaviour change by challenging a client to identify their values and transform their goals into action.

We can provide you with more knowledge in order for you to make better decisions within your lifestyle and food choices.

We believe being healthy is to have a love for life, to be motivated. For your mind, body and spirit to have the right balance. We need to feel empowered, vital and present.

Healthy eating is a lifestyle we adopt and something we should all try to fully understand. Learning what is best for you and that everything needs to be in moderation.

What to expect from health Coaching?

The emphasis is on how to make change not just giving you advice about what to do.     

There’s a questionnaire to fill out to give us an inside of your current lifestyle, from there will be focused questions and active listening from which we will create a plan of action for you. Help you with your short and long term goals whilst keeping a close eye on expanding your health and nutrition knowledge.

We will also provide you take home tools and materials so you will succeed.
