Hi, my name is Byron and I am born and raised in Sydney Australia. My heritage is Chinese so I can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese as well as basic Thai and French. My fitness journal started in High School when I was constantly bullied for my weight and it severely affected my confidence and mental state. I vowed to get fit and at the age of 19 I became a qualified Personal Trainer at the Australian Institute of Fitness. I feel great joy in sharing my wisdom and experience to help others get fit, healthy, and motivated. My passion for health lead me to becoming a Buddhist Monk in Taiwan for 2 years to deepen my understanding in psychological wellbeing which I later added to it by becoming a certified Yoga Instructor in India. My approach is to integrate mindfulness practice into all training sessions so that you can experience positive change and benefits, physically and mentally, that lasts.
