THE TRAINERS
PETER'S BIO: Peter is a kick ass functional training specialist who trained under some world champions at a 6 month Muay Thai training camp in Thailand. He has a passion for Muay Thai & 6 years experience, he enjoys helping people live healthier lives whilst learning new skills and incorporating body weight TRX training with any workout for fitness, fatloss and body weight strength and tone.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness
-Muay Thai training camp kick and striking course
-TRX Functional trainer certificate


SCOTT'S BIO: Scott aspires to be a transformation specialist he has served 5 years in the Australian Navy as a boats man & 2IC.
Scott was also a navy fitness instructor, his passion for strength, health and fitness has lead him to engage in a career as a personal trainer through Sages Diploma in fitness. Scott is perfect fit if you require a motivator as well as a coach no matter what your goals.

Malcolm specialise's in transformations like his own before and after 40kg fat loss and 8kg muscle gain, achieved this on his own prior to starting my career as a personal trainer. Malcolm has been helping others and also supporting people to focus on functional training, injury prevention and achieving your goals in real time.
Malcolm is gym and mobile trainer who carry's and set up every kind of equipment we use to achieve your desired result - adjustable bench, kettle bells, Olympic barbells, boxing gear and much more.
