7 simple steps to get your pre-baby body back

Start now; focus on what you want, you must believe in yourself and know in your heart that you can get where you want to be.

Build the Habit; it is often said that it takes 21 days to change a habit. 

Get the fitness mindset the people who say they love their exercise routine and enjoy working out really do see their fitness routine as a passion and a hobby.


Set goalsmake sure your goals are specific; for instance, don’t make a goal to “exercise more.” Instead say “I am going to exercise twice a week.” Now you have a measurable goal. You will know whether or not you accomplished it.


Set a time; the best way to ensure exercise is to schedule it in each week.


Choose your exercisenow that you’ve scheduled your time in, what are you going to do? Be prepared and know what you are going to do ahead of time.


Motivation; we all know there are times when we start something we lose the motivation, be aware of your weaknesses and have a plan, focus on the benefits. 

That’s why you need to remind yourself of the benefits exercise brings you. So get a piece of paper and write down all the ways exercise adds to the quality of your life. Stick it on the fridge, along with your photo, and read it regularly, particularly when you are feeling flat.
