My Top 20 Fitness Standards

There's an Everyday Athlete in every one of us. For some, it's bursting to get out and explore. So, here's our shortlist of Top 20 Fitness standards. Now, before you go, WTF? They're no absolute. If you are nowhere near them, then they're aspirational and as long as you chip away at any goal, progress is progress, it's not about perfection.

I'll put up some at home / bodyweight targets in a while. Why? Well, let;s just say they'll be a tough nut to crack for most of us. Yet, aspirational remember.
