Recipe - PORK STIR FRY

Who is after a quick dinner recipe, that is yummy & takes less than 20mins to prepare?????

PORK STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g Lean Pork Mince
  • 250g Zucchini (cut into sticks)
  • 250g Capsicum (cut into strips)
  • 1 Bottle of Ayam Light Sweet Chilli Sauce

METHOD:

  1. Heat up non-stick fry pan, add mince
  2. Once mince is cooked add zucchini & capsicum
  3. Add the bottle of Sweet Chilli Sauce and let simmer

You can then serve with any of the below:
1. Lettuce cups for a San Choy Bouy meal
2. Add Egg Noodles (cook via packet instructions)
3. Add rice
