After growing up in country South Australia, Coach Jono joined the Australian Army where he was based in Brisbane. After 7 years of service to Australia, Coach Jono focussed on a career in the fitness industry. Now his goal is to help men reach their goals, whether that be to lose weight, gain muscle or simply lead a more healthy lifestyle. Coach Jono’s 4-1 training sessions help to create a community of support and accountability to help everyone achieve success! He tailors the program to not only the group, but to the individual. The many forms of training Coach Jono has undergone within the fitness industry, Advance Kettlebell training, Functional Training and Rehabilitation and more, assist him to create a program that will not only help you see results fast but you will actually enjoy!
