Did you know that for every selfie a person takes in the gym setting, they lose 50 g of muscle mass? :-) Howdy, I’m Mel the Head Trainer and Business Owner (including possible stat creator) at Step into Life South Perth. Our game is Group Outdoor Personal Fitness Training. SO to explain that: All sessions are with our super group of members, all outdoors at Ernest Johnson Reserve. It is personal because our trainer team knows YOU, your health & fitness goals and how to look after you and motivate you in the best way. As for fitness training - we jog, we box, we lift weights, we stretch and flex, we run, we jump and we most certainly have fun! So it’s like a gym...but with a big smile as you arrive, and a great group of like-minded people to train with and support you and all in the gorgeous fresh air......so OK......it’s nothing like a gym at all!! You will always be trained by super qualified and hilarious trainers (planking without a trainer joke is not planking) - because it is important that we know how to best look after you and laughing is an added bonus to the workout! Week-in week-out you will never repeat the same training session, we keep the variety cranking to make sure your motivation stays the same and with 18 sessions on our training timetable, you will always find a way to fit your training in with your busy schedule. So if you spend your day working surrounded by walls, why do it when you leave work and are looking after yourself? If you asked any of our members why they have stuck with us for their fitness training, they would say because leaving the people they train with would be too hard - they love their training buddies, that they are always challenged in their training and because their trainers really do care about them. Believe it or not, you can make your fitness training one of the best hours of your day too, so come and check out your first session - it’s on me! And I promise there are no selfies - we want to keep our muscle! :-)
