Hi, I'm Raelene, and I'm your local Personal Trainer at Step into Life The Ponds. Prior to launching Step into Life The Ponds 5 years ago, I was a proud Step into Life member for over 3 years, which saw me achieve so much that I had never thought possible previously - including running marathons! My love of training outdoors and passion for health and fitness saw me become a qualified Personal Trainer with Step into Life. I'm committed to helping you to achieve your goals as you experience the fun and benefits of Group Outdoor Personal Training with Step into Life The Ponds. A motivating gym alternative, Step into Life The Ponds offers specific training programs, such as high intensity interval training (HIIT), boxkick, toneup, just to name a few. Our sessions cater for EVERYONE, no matter what fitness level! Whether your goal is weight loss, toned muscles or improved health and fitness, I'll be by your side every step of the way to provide the expert support and guidance you need. You'll find us in The Plaza Park, Pebble Crescent, The Ponds as we exercise together in the fresh air. Step into Life The Ponds caters to all fitness levels and abilities, and our range of convenient session times throughout the week means that you can exercise outdoors with us early in the morning, mid-morning, or work up a sweat at an evening session.
