Hi!
I have many people coming to me because they are run down with the demands of balancing work life and family life. Unfortunately this means their own health gets put aside. So this is where their journey with me usually begins - a detailed discussion about developing a strategy/weekly plan that see's them getting adequate rest, quality nutrition and a healthy dose of exercise (the three pillars). From there, it is my job to guide them and keep them on track.
This is probably the most important role that I play; guiding them and keeping them on track. That, and re-training their mindset so that they see exercise as a gift to themselves rather than a chore.
