Growing up, Brendan Mann always loved fitness and sport. He has tried nearly every sport he could and loved every minute of it. Brendan has always had a passion for the Fitness Industry and wanted to share his love of fitness with others.
Brendan now instructs 5 boot camps and 2 box fit classes a week and has many Personal Training clients. Now that I am fully qualified as a Personal Trainer I would love to continue helping people to reach there goals. I hope to be able to help people with rehabilitation and train elite athletes who are training for sporting competitions.
Valerie Ellis of Wahroonga. She is 72 years old and has just enrolled to become a Personal Trainer with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers!
In a leap of faith, Valerie enrolled to become a Personal Trainer, to study again and “to probably be the oldest PT ever” (Valerie is our oldest student by 7 months). Valerie is excited to know that she will be making a difference to people lives. She strives to be like her mother at her age and her wish is to make as many others as possible enjoy the rest of their lives by being mobile.
“I completed my Certificate IV Fitness – Complete Personal Trainer (Fast Track Program) with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. The Fast Track program provided a comprehensive approach to all aspect of personal training through theoretical and practical components. The AIPT Fast Track program gave me the tools, knowledge, support and practical experience to help people change their lives so they too become more confident, stronger, happier and are truly amazed by what their bodies and minds can achieve – everything!”
