I have worked casually in fitness centres in SE Qld & NT and spent two years working as a group fitness instructor/gym floor supervisor in Wales in the UK. After completing my Certificate IV in Personal Training I left the public sector and decided to run my own business. I bought a Step into Life Franchise and moved to Ocean Grove in Victoria. In 2020 I decided to take a step away from the franchise and set up my own brand. Over the past 9.5yrs I have had the privilege of training and supporting many members of the community to improve their health and fitness. Currently the majority of my clients are 40+ having returned to training after time off to concentrate on families and work.
