Future proof your body, what do you need to do

One of my very first video, that doesn't matter because the message does not change, in fact it will never change, the science backs me up on this one.

I am just pointing out some facts here. Often resistance training is looked down on because you might not get the heart rate response you get from running around. Doesn't that mean it is any less important. NO!

Science has proved that it really should be a big part of everybodies physical exercise routine. Even more so for those that are slightly older, muscles mass is the key to maintaining your metabolism and mobility. 

Resistance training can help you build or maintain both.

Resistance training! Just do it!
