Hi There, it's Stef here from Hi Reps Fitness.

If you've never set foot in a gym or a group fitness environment or had a personal training session, that first instant walking through the door is most properly the scariest thing that you, you feel like you're going to experience. The build-up of nerves, because you don't know what to expect. You're not sure what the people are alike. However, the first thing I want to congratulate you on is if you do make that step, that is a huge step and one that you should be proud of because it takes a long process to actually get to that step. So hopefully once you do walk in the door, you're greeted with smiles and happy faces, and hopefully some of that fear can disappear so that you can sort of open your mind to what you might be able to experience in regards to your training, your health and your fitness.
