How much exercise is enough?


Wouldn't it be great if you could take a magic pill and become fit and feel great! What does it take to get your body to change and achieve the goals that you want? The answer is dependant upon your goals, but it is generally agreed that we need 150 - 300 minutes (per week) of moderate intensity
