How to perform Lunge Repeats


Lunge repeats are great exercises for our modern lifestyle.  Sitting all day at a desk, driving or even sitting on a bike shortens our hip flexors, making us stiff and less about to stride out.  These exercises are great for hip mobility, as well as strengthening our lower back.  We often do lunge repeats in our powerflex sessions at Step into Life Ocean Grove.
