How To Plank Correctly - for beginners

In this video I show how to plank correctly and core activation. Please watch and try to do this in front of the mirror. Doing a plank correctly will help you increase not only your abdominal strength, but all of your core and if you apply core activation properly it will be a very effective exercise.
