How to Stretch

This can be done after a workout or if you’ve been sitting at your desk all day and need a break.Ease into your stretches. Start easy holding each one for 15 seconds and repeat the routine holding each stretch for 30-45 seconds.Make sure you listen to your body, you breathe and you’re feeling the stretch in the right place. Stretch to the point of resistance not pain. If you do not have a yoga strap you can use a small hand towel or simply hold your body.
