Tabata 20min Street Workout


Try this 20 minute Tabata type workout. 

Perform 10 rounds of the following exercises, each for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between: 

  1. Box Jumps (bodyweight or slam ball)
  2. 2x Kettlebell Bent Over Rows
  3. Wall Balls 
  4. 10m Sprints

I used 2x 16kg kettle bells and a 12kg slam ball, but change according to your fitness level. 

Also, change the amount of rounds to make it easier or harder. Give it crack, it's a good one and definitely got tough in the second half!
