Getting started with a training program can be overwhelming for some. 

Taking the first step could be as easy as attending one of our group fitness classes. Come and train with us! 

Our classes are fun and effective and are a mix of functional cross training and cardio boxing. Our sessions are high intensity workouts focusing on toning, weight loss and general fitness.

Cross training is a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise which is ideal for building and maintaining a high level of overall fitness. These full body workouts are a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom. We incorporate a balanced mix of strength and cardio exercises using kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, battling ropes, power bands and the body itself.
