It all began when I was 8 years old - my Aunty took me to my very first Aerobics class - I immediately fell in love with it and became an Aerobics Instructor whilst studying at University for my Medical Science degree. Upon completing this, I felt I could be more help to people to improve their lifestyle and well being by working with them one on one, and therefore did my Cert III & IV in Fitness as soon as I completed my degree. I am passionate about helping people to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle, but more importantly, I am passionate about helping people become more confident and truly appreciate what they are capable of both mentally and physically.
