I teach a range of classes: Pilates- Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. focuses on Alignment, breathe & balance. Hatha Yoga (Hot)- Moving meditation, working on stretching & strengthening your muscles, joints, bones & Tendons. Also detoxing your internal organs. Cycle-Riding to good tunes to pump you up throughout the class. Good form of High Intensity Interval training. Xtrainer-Spin, Boxing weights circuit Full body workout! Core- focus is on that mid section and the back Building a strong Powerhouse.
