Meditation in the workplace. Why should you do it?
At a first glance, meditation and business may seem wildly different. While they seem at different ends of the spectrum, they can have a synergistic relationship. 

Here are some benefits of workplace meditation

Decreased stress 
Meditation offers a safe stimulus to the brain and our nervous system.  This means that it is possible to stay focused and clear in situations that may have previously led to anxiety. 

Enhanced creativity 
Alpha brainwave frequencies are linked to creativity. Innovative ideas may be the long-term resolution that the problem was calling for. 

Enhance your intuition 
The theta brainwave frequencies are associated with insight and intuition. Having a stronger intuition can help improve personal and business relationships with others and will likely lead to better business decisions in the future.

 Studies show that meditation boosts DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone). DHEA has been linked to alleviating depression, enhancing memory, and boosting the overall sense of physical and psychological well-being.
