Hi, I am Richard from refresh YOU Pymble, owner, and trainer for over 10 years. Exercise, the outdoors, and coaching have always been a big part of my life. I coached rowing for 15 years, anybody from beginners to national level athletes. The outdoors was a large part of my decision to immigrate to Australia, I wanted to enjoy it more. When I had to choose between sitting at a desk or working as a coach, coaching and the outdoors won. 10 years ago, I had to decide to continue with the sport or consider an alternative. Luckily for me, I found the skills I had acquired transferred very well to Personal Training and group fitness classes. To say it has been a rewarding experience that has changed my life would be an understatement. My life has been enriched through the members I train, who have faced their challenges, climbed their mountains to make life-changing fitness and healthy habits stick. I have developed new friendships and seen new friendships develop as a result of the community I and my members have created. People always ask is it a challenge to get up early in the morning, yes perhaps when I forget to set the alarm. But not when I get the chance to be part of my member's fitness journey and to be part of a fantastic active community. If you are trying to make some healthy habit stick, then trying our community of supportive members is a must. You will wonder why you hadn't tried it earlier when you do.
