Breathing Practice - both sides, every stroke

Get your swimmers to try this single stroke bilateral breathing practice. It will improve their ability to turn the head earlier to get air, and sip earlier. Slow the stroke, to enable enough time to get from one side to the other... (many swimmers will mistakenly speed up the stroke, not giving enough time to get the head turn). Lead the movement from the chin, aim for one goggle in and one goggle out - water splitting the face and go for that early sip of air.
