Breathing in freestyle involves multiple variables!

Breathing will disrupt the rhythm of your new movement patterns, at the moment!


Breathing smoothly, seamlessly, with minimal disruption to the whole stroke cycle, is our ultimate aim.

That is why we roll with the body, not lift the head. Maintaining that head spine alignment, with the assistance of a super patient breathing arm, will help you develop seamless breathing.

Maintain breath and only puff out on the turn
