Single arm Kettlebell complex.


Watch and learn a single kettle bell complex involving swing, high pull, clean, squat, snatch with alternating arms.  A great workout for the time poor or a finisher to another workout you have done. Challenging but not impossible.

Suggested weights

Women 8kg, 12kg, 16kg

Men 12kg, 16kg, 20kg
