Some fun ways to challenge your brain using movement!

Brighten up your day, have some fun and see if you can challenge your brain through movement! 

1. Start with a single reverse toe tap. Add a single opposite arm lift.

2. Progress to a double reverse toe tap and add a single arm lift.

3. Try a single reverse toe tap with a double arm lift. 

4. End with 2 butt flicks and a single bicep curl. Try and alternate a single bicep curl with a lateral arm extension!! 

The crazy and fun part of these exercises is that everyone finds a different one more challenging!! Try it and let me know how you go!
